DAY 2 - Arrive in Amsterdam

Arrive in Amsterdam and transfer to your hotel. Most flights arrive in the early morning and your room may not be ready for you. In this case, leave your luggage with the concierge and your Tour. Tonight, your tour begins at 6 PM when you join your Tour Manager for a Welcome Drink and orientation meeting that outlines the delightful tour that awaits you. DAY 3- Amsterdam Canal Tour

This morning, board a glass-top boat for a delightful cruise of the winding canals of historic Amsterdam for an up-close view of stately historic mansions, 16th-century gabled merchant houses, and charming churches with bell towers. In the afternoon, you will have an opportunity to explore this dynamic city on your own. Finally, enjoy dinner in a charming Dutch restaurant. DAY 4 - Brussels City Tour

This morning, travel through Holland’s open fields, crisscrossed with canals and windmills to reach Belgium. Arriving to the capital city of Brussels, take an orientation tour with views of the Atomium, the Royal Palace, the historical district, and the Palace of Justice. Afterward, continue to the city of Bruges, also known as the “Venice of the North”, and home to some Europe’s best preserved medieval buildings. Tonight, dinner is in a local restaurant. DAY 5- Bruges City Tour

This morning, enjoy a delightful orientation in Bruges’ medieval district with its charming squares and historic buildings. Your walking tour includes the Lake of Love (Minnewater), the Beguinage convent, the Market Square and Belfry, and the Town Hall Square with its Chapel of the Holy Blood. View Our Lady’s Church, which houses the famous Madonna statue by Michelangelo. You can join the optional tour for a delightful evening that includes a delectable dinner in a French restaurant, followed by a sightseeing drive of Illuminated Paris “City of Lights”. DAY 6 - Paris City Tour

This morning, embark on a guided city tour of Paris including a drive along the Champs Elysées to the Arc de Triomphe. View the Eiffel Tower, Invalides, and the lively Latin Quarter. Spend the afternoon exploring Paris on your own or join the optional tour of the Palace of Versailles and Gardens* where you will see classical French architecture at its most decadent. DAY 7 - Full Day in Paris

Today is at leisure in Paris. Explore the countless museums, such as the Orsay, relax in the Luxembourg Gardens or, shop in the capital of fashion. Overnight: Paris

DAY 8 - Travel to London via the Chunnel

Today, transfer to the train station for your trip from Paris to London via the Chunnel, the 31-mile-long underwater tunnel that is considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World. On arrival in London, meet your coach and guide and start your panoramic tour of the city. Begin with a drive through fashionable Kensington with its elegant squares and parks. Pass Harrods store and proceed to view Piccadilly and Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and the famous Big Ben. Continue to view Buckingham Palace, the London residence of Her Majesty the Queen. The tour ends this afternoon at your hotel. Overnight: London

DAY 9 - Full Day in London

Enjoy the day at leisure to explore London. With countless sightseeing opportunities, cosmopolitan London offers more in one place than almost any other city on Earth. You may return to Buckingham Palace to see the Changing of the Guard, visit the British Museum, take a ride on the London Eye, visit Madame Tussauds, the National Gallery, or take in a West End show. Tonight, join your Tour Manager and fellow travelers for a Farewell Dinner. Optional: Tower of London & St. Paul’s Cathedral Overnight: London

Day 1 - Departure from the USA

Board your international flight from the USA to start your journey back in time to the ancient land of the Pharaohs. Two meals will be served on board your overnight flight.

Day 2 - Arrive in Cairo

Arrive in the Land of the Pharaohs at Cairo International Airport, and a Right Travel Representative will be waiting for you after you get your luggage and clear customs and will be holding the Right Travel Sign, then will transfer you to your hotel.

Day 3 - Cairo, Combo Tour

Drive to the Giza Plateau, home of Egypt’s signature attractions, the Great Pyramids, proclaimed by the Greeks to be among the Seven Wonders of the ancient world. The largest among these is the Great Pyramid of Cheops, probably built more than 2,600 years before the time of Christ. After lunch, continue to the Egyptian Museum. You’ll stroll through the halls highlighting each historical period of this ancient land, marvel at the glittering treasures of King Tutankhamen, unparalleled in their variety, exquisite beauty, and sheer weight in gold. You may want to enter the Royal Mummies room for an additional fee and view the “sleeping” Kings of ancient Egypt. Proceed to Old Cairo explore some of the early religious monuments of the city. You’ll visit the El Muallaqa Church, dating to the late fourth and early fifth centuries. This basilica was named for its location on top of the south gate of the Fortress of Babylon. Make a stop at the Ben Ezra Synagogue, built sometime between the sixth and ninth centuries AD.
End the day with a walking tour of the largest thirteenth century covered oriental market, the largest traditional shopping bazaar in the world, the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar. In the tiny alleyways, there are hundreds of shops where you can watch gold and coppersmiths, brass makers, and fortunetellers at work. Look also for leather goods and woodwork inlaid with camel bone and mother-of-pearl. Bargaining, Arab-style, is the norm here and practiced as a national pastime. Meals: Breakfast and lunch

Day 4 - Cairo, Aswan, Cruise Sightseeing

Early morning transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan. Arrive in Aswan and transfer to your Nile Cruise. Upon arrival, you will be escorted to your luxury cruise ship, where you will spend the next three nights and four days relaxing and enjoy the sailing from Aswan to Luxor. After lunch, the Nile cruise shore excursion will start. Visit the High Dam, located near Aswan. The world-famous High Dam was an engineering miracle when it was built in the 1960s. Our last visit today will be to the Temple of Philae. The temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, is in a beautiful setting that has been landscaped to match its original site.

Day 5 - Aswan, Kom Ombo, Edfu

Early sail to Kom Ombo and visit Kom Ombo Temple (the Ptolemaic Temple of Sobek & Haroeries). Located in the town of Kom-Ombo, about 28 miles north of Aswan, the Temple, dating to the Ptolemies, is built on a high dune overlooking the Nile. The actual temple was started by Ptolemy VI Philometor in the early second century BC. Ptolemy XIII built the outer and inner hypostyle halls. There are also tombs from the Old Kingdom in the vicinity of Kom-Ombo village. Sail to Edfu for dinner and overnight.

Day 6 - Edfu, Luxor, East Bank Tour

Visit Edfu Temple. Dedicated to Horus, the falcon-headed god, it was built during the reigns of six Ptolemies. We have a great deal of information about its construction from reliefs on outer areas. This is not only the best-preserved ancient temple in Egypt but the second largest after Karnak. Back to the cruise for lunch, Sail to Luxor via Esna. Afternoon proceeds to your East bank visit of Luxor, visit Karnak Temple. It is the largest temple complex ever built by man and represents the combined achievement of many generations of ancient builders. The temple of Karnak is actually three main temples, smaller enclosed temples, and several outer temples located about three kilometers north of Luxor, Egypt. Continue to visit the temple of Luxor, built by the two pharaohs, Amenhotep III and Ramses II.

Day 7- Luxor West Bank, Red Sea

After breakfast, check out from your Nile cruise, visit the West Bank necropolis, including the Valley of the Kings, with its many tombs chiseled deep into the Cliffside. From the 18th to the 20th Dynasty, the Memphis area and pyramid-style tombs were abandoned in favor of the West Bank of the Nile in Thebes. Proceed to the funerary temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari. Though damaged by nature and ancient tourists, the statues are still impressive. Transfer to the Red Sea by private air-conditioned car, arrive, and check-in at your hotel. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 8 - Luxor West Bank Red Sea

Day 11 - Amman - Petra

This early morning enjoys the city of Jerash, the greatest maintained city of the Roman Decapolis. Usually called Pompei of the East, you will walk its colonnaded streets, view its temples, churches, Nymphaeum, and theatre. Afterward, continue to Ajloun, the twelfth-millennium castle built by Saladin’s army in the strategy against the crusaders. Late day departure on the desert freeway to Petra.

Day 1 - Petra - Amman

A full day visiting Petra, the Rose Red Town of the 1st century Nabateans, A walk or horse-ride via the 1-mile Siq (an immense crack in the sandstone hills), you turn up at Petra most amazing site, the Treasury. Created out of solid rock on the side of the hill, bounded on both sides by hundreds of Petra carved structures, soaring temples, elaborate royal tombs, roman theatre, and burial chambers. For those young at heart, a climb will take them to the Monastery above the hills, with a wonderful view over Wadi Araba. Late afternoon, return to Amman.

Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
